Elliot A. Dowling
Executive Director and Founder
Elliot is an expert Agile Delivery executive and the founder of Excellent Agile Delivery, a consultancy with a singular focus: helping clients achieve excellent results from their Agile Delivery – from training, coaching, startup and implementation, quality assurance, and more.
He has decades of experience delivering measurable results for clients’ Agile, digital, and back-office transformations across Australia, North America, and Europe. He has created and led delivery portfolios that encompass Agile Delivery excellence, traditional programme and project management, business analysis, technology implementation, quality assurance, user experience, organisational change management, and more.
Elliot has led the implementation of high-quality delivery methods and reporting processes across organisations. His passion is to deliver value for every type of business and enable innovation and growth through the strategic implementation of Agile Delivery methods.
He is a Certified SAFe® 6 Practice Consultant (SPC) and has helped more than one thousand Agile professionals secure their SAFe® certifications. Elliot achieved his BS in Management Information Systems from Penn State University and his MBA from The George Washington University.
Cesar Dowling
Director of Barkitecture & Treat Analysis
Hailing from the east coast of the US, Cesar the Labrador Retriever mix traded his unsuccessful hunting career for a paw-sitive role in Agile Delivery at EAD International.
His calm demeanour and friendly nature make him a beloved member of the team, adding a touch of warmth to the workday. While he might nap through client meetings, Cesar's a pro at boosting office morale and reminding everyone it's time to clock off when his dinner bowl beckons.
